We don't hold inventory. This allows us to offer unique designs and is more sustainable as it prevents textile waste. Q: How long will it take to receive my order? A: Delivery involves two steps: 1. Production Time (Fulfillment): 2–7 business days (The time it takes to print your custom design and prepare it for shipment). 2. Shipping Time: 3–7 business days (Typically faster for the US, Canada, and Australia, as we use local partners). Please allow up to 14 business days total during peak seasons. Q: Where do you ship from? A: To ensure faster delivery and lower costs for you, we partner with reliable print providers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Your order will be fulfilled by the closest facility based on your shipping address. PRODUCTS & SIZING Q: How do I know what size to order? A: Please check the specific size chart provided on every product page before ordering. Since our items are custom-printed, returns due to incorrect sizing are only accepted under strict conditions (see our Return Policy). We strongly recommend measuring your favorite garment and comparing it to our chart. Q: How should I care for my printed garment? A: To keep your design vibrant, we recommend: • Washing the garment inside-out in cold water. • Tumble drying on low or hanging to dry. • Do not iron directly on the print. RETURNS & REFUNDS Q: What if my item is defective or the wrong size/design was sent? A: We guarantee 100% satisfaction for quality issues. If your item has a manufacturing defect, printing error, or you received the wrong item due to our fault, we will provide a FREE replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back. Simply contact us with a photo of the defect within 30 days. Q: Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size? A: Returns for non-defective items (e.g., sizing issues, buyer's remorse) are subject to our Return Policy (linked in the footer). The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost, as the item was custom-made for you.
